Refund policy
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at Becky@sewforever.com so I can replace the item that was defective or damaged.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
I do not ship to the European Union due to VAT taxes.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
